"What's the point of talking about it?" If that thought has crossed your mind, you're not alone.

Many people grow up learning to suppress emotions—pushing through, staying strong, and avoiding vulnerability. Over time, this can lead to feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. I support individuals in exploring their emotional world, building self-worth, and developing healthier boundaries. My work is especially informed by experiences of cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and the pressures often present in immigrant and BIPOC communities. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a space to begin.
