    Information we collect

    When you contact us, book a consultation, or complete a form on this website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about what you are seeking support for.

    We also collect anonymous website analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) to understand how people find and use our site.

    How we use your information

    We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver psychotherapy services, process payments and insurance receipts, and meet our professional record-keeping obligations.

    We never sell your information, and we do not use your clinical information for advertising.

    Clinical records

    Clinical records are stored in Jane App, a PHIPA-compliant practice management platform with Canadian data hosting. Access is limited to your therapist and authorized administrative staff.

    Cookies and analytics

    This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure traffic and the performance of our campaigns. These tools use cookies and do not receive any clinical information. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

    Limits to confidentiality

    Your therapist will explain the limits of confidentiality at intake. These include risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, and court orders.

    Your rights

    You may request access to your records, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or withdraw consent for non-essential communications. Contact us to make a request.
