So many of my clients come to therapy carrying a lot on their shoulders, trying to hold everything together for others while feeling overwhelmed inside.

I became a therapist because I know how important it is to have a safe space where you don’t have to pretend you’re “fine.” I’m passionate about helping people move from surviving to actually feeling like they can breathe again and enjoy their lives.

In our sessions, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free zone where you feel genuinely seen. 

Our conversations will be both meaningful and practical, grounded in compassion, informed by evidence-based approaches, and supported by tools you can carry into your daily life. We will collaborate in our work, go at a pace that feels comfortable for you and sometimes, we’ll even find space for a bit of humour along the way.
